About Us: Our Backstory

In 2017, Jillian transitioned from a job in Property Management to managing a boutique Real Estate brokerage in Downtown Memphis. She served as the Assistant to the Broker and managed all the brokerage Agents. Within that role she also re-branded the company, and created all branded graphic design and photography content, as well as maintained all contract compliance. Thomas quickly became interested in the Real Estate industry. In the winter of 2017, Thomas enrolled in Success Real Estate School in Memphis, TN. In October 2018 after obtaining his license, he chose KAIZEN Realty, LLC as his brokerage. After having children in 2019, Jillian left her role at the Downtown brokerage to manage Thomas exclusively. In February 2022, Thomas received his induction into the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club and received an award for being a 2021 KAIZEN Top Producing Agent. Thomas was also inducted as a 2022 KAIZEN Brand Ambassador. Having grown up in Memphis, Thomas and Jillian decided they wanted their children to experience the beauty of Middle Tennessee. Coincidentally, Thomas’s clientele became statewide, and the Nashville area became the perfect central headquarters location. In December 2022, Thomas made the switch to a local Nashville brokerage, Bradford Real Estate.
