Miller Land & Luxury – Husband and Wife Real Estate Team. In 2017, Jillian transitioned from a job in Property Management to managing a boutique Real Estate brokerage in Downtown Memphis. She served as the Assistant to the Broker and managed all the brokerage Agents. Within that role, she also re-branded the company and created all branded graphic design and photography content, as well as maintained all contract compliance.

Thomas quickly became interested in the Real Estate industry. In the winter of 2017, Thomas enrolled in Success Real Estate School in Memphis, TN. In October 2018 after obtaining his license, he chose KAIZEN Realty, LLC as his brokerage. After having children in 2019, Jillian left her role at the Downtown brokerage to manage Thomas exclusively.

In February 2022, Thomas received his induction into the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club and received an award for being a 2021 KAIZEN Top Producing Agent. Thomas was also inducted as a 2022 KAIZEN Brand Ambassador. Having grown up in Memphis, Thomas and Jillian decided they wanted their children to experience the beauty of Middle Tennessee. Coincidentally, Thomas’s clientele became statewide, and the Nashville area became the perfect central headquarters location.

Meet Jillian Miller:
The Strategic Powerhouse of Miller Land & Luxury

Jillian Miller is the driving force behind Miller Land & Luxury, serving as the Real Estate Administrator and creative powerhouse of the team. Known as a true “Jill of All Trades,” Jillian expertly handles every aspect of the business that requires precision, creativity, and organization. From Transaction Coordination and contract compliance to CRM management, Social Media strategy, Marketing campaigns, website design, graphic content creation, and even photography and video production—Jillian does it all with finesse.

Her journey into Real Estate began with a role managing a boutique brokerage in Downtown Memphis, where she honed her expertise in small business management and purchasing. Since 2019, Jillian has exclusively managed Thomas’s Real Estate business from their home office, affectionately referred to as “The Command Center.” Here, she orchestrates the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the team running seamlessly, ensuring every Client experience is smooth and stress-free.
