The Consultation is the first step in the entire process. We will meet to discuss your property details. You will be provided with information on who we are as a Real Estate team, our Core Values, the services we provide, and the transaction process. We will do a walk-through of your home and decide what you need to do to get your home ready to list. 

To guarantee the most accurate description of your property makes it to your MLS Listing, we perform an extensive Inspection of your property prior to listing. We will discuss all the information you know about your property, and any Improvements you have made since your purchase. All this information is documented and used by the Buying Agent when presenting an Offer.

After we meet, we will start strategizing the best way to market your property. We want to make sure your property gets maximum exposure to the right audience. We always market on multiple social media platforms, including picture posts, slideshows, engaging trending videos, and more. The objective is to get your property seen by as many interested Buyers as possible. 

Once your property is on the MLS, it is time for signing paperwork and contract negotiations. As your representative, it is our fiduciary duty to make sure you are protected within the transaction and receive the best possible outcome.
